Mustafa was admitted to the ICU
Upon admission, Mustafa appeared confused and
pale, with a pruritic papular eruption and oral thrush.
On examination, he had a stiff neck, limited
movement in both eyes, pain upon extension and
weakness in both legs and was unable to sit or
stand.
Mustafa also had a fever, low blood pressure
and elevated respiratory and heart rates.
